We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Consultant to join our growing team. The Principal Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and providing expert guidance to our clients within the pulp and paper industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects for clients in the pulp and paper sector.
- Conduct in-depth market research, feasibility studies, and business process analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic recommendations for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
- Provide expert advice on technology adoption, supply chain management, and product development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of intellectual property.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
