Principal Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Consultant to lead and deliver high-impact facility management consulting projects for our corporate clients across India. This role requires a deep understanding of facility management best practices, operational efficiency, and strategic planning within the Indian context. The Principal Consultant will be responsible for client engagement, project execution, team leadership, and developing innovative solutions to complex facility management challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of facility management consulting engagements, from scope definition to final recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing facility management operations, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, cost savings, sustainability, and service quality.
- Develop strategic facility management plans, including operational models, service level agreements (SLAs), technology roadmaps, and organizational structures.
- Advise clients on best practices in areas such as space management, asset management, workplace strategy, energy management, and health & safety.
- Manage client relationships, building trust and ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in facility management and corporate real estate.
- Contribute to the development of CBRE's consulting methodologies and thought leadership.
