Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Principal Consultant with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional (0-1 years experience) looking to make a significant impact in the electronics manufacturing sector. You will contribute to strategic design thinking, product innovation, and user experience enhancement within our manufacturing processes and offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and manufacturing constraints.
* Apply design thinking methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation in electronics products and processes.
* Develop user-centric design concepts, prototypes, and specifications.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
* Contribute to the improvement of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for electronic products.
* Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform design strategies.
* Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to production, ensuring design integrity and manufacturability.
* Create compelling visual presentations and documentation to communicate design ideas and recommendations.
