Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Principal to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience who possess strong practical skills and a willingness to learn, regardless of formal graduation. You will contribute to critical projects within the Defence & Aerospace sector, supporting our ongoing advancements in aircraft manufacturing and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project tasks related to aircraft components and systems.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during manufacturing and assembly.
Contribute to quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and design.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of aerospace systems.
