Principal / Partner / Director - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Principal / Partner / Director with 3-4 years of relevant experience to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence within our Nasik hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a proven track record in the hospitality or a related service industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to oversee key business functions, foster growth, and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with ITC Hotels' brand objectives and market positioning.
- Oversee daily operations across various departments, including F&B, Rooms Division, and Sales & Marketing, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Drive revenue generation through innovative sales strategies, yield management, and proactive client engagement.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance, guest-centricity, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure adherence to all operational standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience and operational efficiency.
