Principal Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Program Manager to lead and drive critical initiatives within our publishing and educational technology divisions. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the end-to-end execution of complex programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, editorial, marketing, and operations, to achieve program objectives.

Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.

Establish and implement program governance, reporting mechanisms, and communication strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.

Act as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Ensure successful delivery of programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
