We are seeking an experienced and strategic Principal Program Manager to lead and drive key strategic initiatives within our organization. This role will be instrumental in defining, planning, and executing programs that align with our business objectives in the dynamic pulp and paper sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of program management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication across departments.
• Manage program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
• Track program progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of program management practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business case development for new initiatives.
