Principal Program Manager - Gaming (Vadodara)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Program Manager to join our growing gaming division in Vadodara. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the strategy, planning, and execution of key gaming initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality gaming experiences to our users. You will leverage your program management expertise and deep understanding of the gaming industry to guide projects from conception to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycle for multiple gaming projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineering, product, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Track project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies within the gaming division.

Mentor and guide junior program managers and team members.

Ensure alignment with company strategy and product vision.
