We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Private Attorney / Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare law and regulations, with a background in BCA to leverage technological aspects of legal work. This role involves providing legal counsel, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance within a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to hospital management and various departments on a wide range of legal issues, including healthcare compliance, corporate law, and employment law.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and mitigating risks.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to the healthcare sector and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings, coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
- Advise on intellectual property matters, data privacy (especially concerning patient data), and technology-related legal challenges, leveraging BCA knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest legal developments, case law, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare industry.
