Private Attorney / Lawyer - 3-5 Yrs - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Attorney / Lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join our legal team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of legal acumen and technical understanding, ideally with a B.Tech/B.E. background, to navigate the complex legal landscape of the consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors. This role will involve providing comprehensive legal support to the company's operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies, with a focus on retail and hospitality operations.
* Provide legal advice and counsel on matters related to consumer protection laws, food safety regulations, and intellectual property rights.
* Assist in the management of litigation and dispute resolution processes, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
* Conduct legal research and analysis on evolving legal frameworks impacting the consumer, retail, and hospitality industries.
* Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and statutory requirements.
* Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
* Support the legal team in corporate secretarial functions and compliance audits.
* Leverage technical understanding (from B.Tech/B.E.) to analyze operational processes and identify potential legal risks or efficiencies.
