Private Detective

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly observant and analytical Private Detective with a Master of Design (M.Des) background to join our innovative healthcare startup in Kochi. This unique role leverages design thinking and investigative methodologies to address complex challenges within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will be instrumental in gathering critical information, uncovering insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making through meticulous research and evidence-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discreet investigations and surveillance to gather intelligence on sensitive matters related to healthcare fraud, intellectual property theft, or competitive analysis.
- Utilize design research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, ethnographic studies, data visualization) to understand complex healthcare scenarios and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Analyze and synthesize large datasets and qualitative information to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and visual evidence to communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and R&D teams to develop strategies based on investigative outcomes.
- Ensure all investigative activities are conducted ethically, legally, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to information gathering and problem-solving, drawing upon your M.Des expertise in critical thinking and creative solutions.
