Private Detective - Electronic Components / Semiconductors (2-3 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a sharp and analytical Private Detective with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting discreet investigations to safeguard company assets, intellectual property, and sensitive information within the electronic components and semiconductor industry. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and confidentially. Your MBA/PGDM will provide a strategic business perspective to your investigative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks and pre-employment screening for key personnel.
- Investigate suspected internal fraud, theft, or misconduct.
- Monitor and gather intelligence on competitive activities, including intellectual property infringements and market intelligence.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings, including evidence collection and analysis.
- Conduct surveillance and discreet inquiries as needed.
- Liaise with external agencies and law enforcement when necessary.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards throughout all investigations.
