Private Equity Analyst (2-3 Yrs) | Noida

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Private Equity Analyst with a strong legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Noida. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience looking to contribute to the growth and investment strategies within the BPO and Call Centre industry. You will be instrumental in supporting our investment initiatives, conducting due diligence, and analyzing financial and legal aspects of potential deals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis for potential investment opportunities within the BPO and Call Centre sectors.
- Assist in the financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes for prospective acquisitions and investments.
- Review and analyze legal documents, including term sheets, shareholders' agreements, and transaction agreements, from an investment perspective.
- Support the deal execution process by coordinating with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial).
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in value creation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and legal developments impacting the private equity and BPO landscape in India.
