Job Description
Role Summary: Kantar is seeking a driven and analytical Private Equity Analyst to support our investment and strategic planning activities within the Indian market. This role will involve in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making for Kantar's growth in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the Indian advertising and marketing industry to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments and portfolio companies.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., strategy, finance, legal) and external advisors to support transaction execution.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry participants, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
