Role Summary: Nxtra by Airtel is seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst to join our strategic investments team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities that align with Nxtra's growth strategy within the digital infrastructure and related sectors. You will play a key role in financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets.
Develop and maintain complex financial models, including LBO models, DCF analysis, and valuation assessments.
Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, covering financial, commercial, and operational aspects.
Assist in the preparation of investment committee memos and presentations.
Support deal negotiation and transaction execution processes.
Monitor portfolio company performance and identify opportunities for value creation.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape within the digital infrastructure and technology sectors.
