Role Summary: The Private Equity Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing potential investment opportunities within the electrical equipment sector. This role involves in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support strategic decision-making and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential investments.
Perform detailed market research and competitive analysis within the electrical equipment industry in India.
Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and commercial aspects.
Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies.
Support deal execution and transaction structuring.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting the electrical equipment sector in India.
