Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Private Equity Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support our investment activities, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities within the NBFC sector. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, market research, and due diligence processes, coupled with a BBA/BBM degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets within the NBFC and financial services sectors.
Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis, to assess investment valuations and returns.
Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, commercial, and operational reviews, to support investment decisions.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies.
Support deal execution and transaction structuring.
