Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuations, and investment memorandums.
- Support due diligence processes for potential acquisitions and investments.
- Monitor existing portfolio company performance and provide analytical support.
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and transaction execution.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
