Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the industrial automation sector in India. This role involves in-depth market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and the industrial automation landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets in the industrial automation space.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, LBO, and sensitivity analysis.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational assessments.
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.
- Support portfolio company management in strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Prepare investment committee memos and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the industrial automation sector.
