Role Summary:
Dream Sports is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Private Equity Associate to join its investment arm, Dream Capital. The Associate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities within the sports technology and leisure sectors in India. This role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling, due diligence, and deal structuring, with a passion for the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities in sports tech and leisure startups.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on target companies.
• Develop detailed financial models, including valuation, LBO, and merger models.
• Assist in deal structuring, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Support portfolio companies post-investment through strategic guidance and operational improvements.
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape within the sports and leisure industry.
