We are seeking a driven and analytical Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a keen interest in finance and the medical devices sector. You will support our investment team in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, contributing to the growth and strategic development of Mediwave Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the sourcing and screening of potential investment opportunities within the healthcare and medical device sectors.
- Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitive landscape assessments.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on target companies.
- Support the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for the investment committee.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist in value creation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategic projects and operational improvements.
