Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will support the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity transactions within the automotive components sector. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the origination and screening of potential investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on target companies.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders.
Support portfolio company management and performance monitoring.
Engage with industry research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with deal teams and external advisors throughout the investment process.
