We are seeking a driven and analytical Private Equity Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies within the diverse miscellaneous sector. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic background and a keen interest in finance and investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify potential investment targets.
- Perform due diligence on prospective investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
- Support portfolio companies in strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and financial performance monitoring.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes within the miscellaneous sector.
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio company performance and market developments.
