Job Description
Role Summary: The Private Investigator will be responsible for conducting discreet inquiries and investigations to protect the company's assets, intellectual property, and reputation within its manufacturing and production operations. This role requires a high degree of integrity, discretion, and analytical skill to gather information, assess risks, and provide actionable intelligence to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance and background checks on potential threats, disgruntled employees, or external parties posing a risk to company operations.
- Investigate cases of industrial espionage, theft of intellectual property, and counterfeit products.
- Gather evidence and compile detailed reports on findings, including photographic or video documentation where appropriate.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and legal counsel as required.
- Monitor and assess potential security vulnerabilities within manufacturing facilities.
- Conduct due diligence investigations for partnerships, acquisitions, or key supplier relationships.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines.
