Problem Management - Full-Time Role (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Problem Manager to join our team in Indore. This role is crucial in identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring issues within our agricultural operations, ensuring minimal disruption and continuous improvement. You will work closely with various technical and operational teams to understand root causes and implement effective solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate to gain hands-on experience in a critical IT service management function within the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification of recurring incidents and potential problems.
- Participate in the analysis of incident data to identify trends and root causes of problems.
- Document problem investigation findings, including root cause analysis (RCA) reports.
- Collaborate with IT operations, development, and business teams to develop and implement workarounds and permanent fixes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented problem resolutions.
- Maintain the problem management database and knowledge base.
- Support the transition of resolved problems back into operational use.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the problem management process.
