The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong aptitude for identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring issues within our legal tech platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and performance of our services by preventing the recurrence of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of recurring incidents and problems.
- Develop and implement permanent solutions to prevent future occurrences of incidents.
- Document all problem management activities, including analysis, solutions, and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problem areas.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes and tools.
- Participate in incident reviews and post-incident analysis.
