Problem Management Specialist - Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Problem Management Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong analytical aptitude for identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring IT incidents within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate domain. You will play a crucial role in minimizing the impact of incidents and preventing their recurrence through root cause analysis and proactive problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and major incidents within IT infrastructure and business operations.

Document and track identified problems and their associated workarounds or permanent solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, Operations) to implement solutions and preventative measures.

Maintain a knowledge base of known errors and workarounds.

Monitor incident trends and proactively identify potential problems.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for Problem Management.
