Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing chemical, physical, and biological processes for various infrastructure and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of process principles, safety standards, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Conduct process simulations and calculations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Perform equipment sizing and selection, including pumps, heat exchangers, reactors, and separation units.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, civil) to integrate process designs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during project execution and operation.
- Participate in HAZOP studies and risk assessments.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
