Process Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our biotechnology operations. This role is crucial for driving innovation and scaling up production.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or improve existing ones for biotechnology products.

Conduct process validation and qualification activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement in yield, efficiency, and cost reduction.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless process transfer and scale-up.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation reports.

Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
