Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes within our Beauty & Personal Care production facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, process control, and continuous improvement methodologies to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including modifications to equipment, procedures, and control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot tests for new processes or product introductions.
- Monitor process performance using key metrics and statistical process control (SPC).
- Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
