Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com background to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role will focus on analyzing, optimizing, and improving operational processes within our logistics network to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements and solutions, leveraging data analysis and business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and drive the adoption of new processes.
Document current and future state processes, including SOPs and training materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support in cost-benefit analysis for proposed process changes and initiatives.
Assist in the development and execution of business process re-engineering projects.
