Process Engineer - Beverage (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team at our Thiruvananthapuram facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving beverage production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and implement process modifications and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot any deviations or issues that arise.

Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct process simulations and pilot studies to validate proposed changes.

Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on process performance and improvements.

Contribute to new product development by providing process engineering expertise.
