Process Engineer - Full-Time Role (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. As a Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational processes within our gaming and technology divisions. This role requires a strong understanding of process methodologies and the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable improvements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and a passion for the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Design and implement new processes or modify existing ones to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Develop process documentation, including flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, QA, operations) to gather requirements and implement process changes.

Monitor process performance using key metrics and provide regular reports on findings and recommendations.

Assist in the implementation of new technologies and software solutions to support process improvements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
