Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with a recent LLM degree to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to apply their analytical skills and understanding of complex systems to optimize workflows within the animation and VFX pipeline. You will work closely with senior engineers and production teams to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production processes within the animation and VFX pipeline to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new processes and tools to streamline workflows.
- Document process specifications, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, supervisors, and IT, to understand their needs and integrate process solutions.
- Gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and suggest further optimizations.
- Support the training of production staff on new processes and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to process engineering in VFX and animation.
