Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our mining operations in India. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and improving the metallurgical and processing operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective extraction of valuable minerals. This role requires a strong understanding of mineral processing techniques, process simulation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance recovery rates and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot plant trials for new processing technologies.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with geologists, mine planners, and operations teams to ensure integrated mine-to-metal strategies.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to operations.
