Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Process Engineer with an M.Des degree to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0-1 years of experience looking to contribute to optimizing mining processes within the sports and leisure industry. You will work closely with experienced engineers and product teams to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in our material sourcing and processing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize existing mining and material processing workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Apply design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions for material extraction, processing, and quality control.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to integrate new materials and processes into production.
Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for new process technologies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the mining and processing lifecycle.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on process improvements and findings.
Support the implementation of new equipment and process modifications.
