Process Engineer (Refining) (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and innovative Process Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team. This role will focus on refining and optimizing existing operational processes within our travel and tourism services. You will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer experience through thoughtful process design and implementation. Your design-centric approach will be key to identifying bottlenecks and developing user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement using design thinking methodologies.
- Develop and implement new processes or modify existing ones to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Conduct research on best practices in process optimization within the travel and tourism sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, customer service) to gather requirements and ensure smooth process integration.
- Create visual representations of processes, user journeys, and system flows using design tools.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes, providing regular reports on performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Leverage your M.Des background to bring a user-centric perspective to process refinement.
