Role Summary: The Process Engineer (Refining) will be responsible for optimizing and controlling the refining processes within our semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role requires a deep understanding of chemical and physical processes involved in semiconductor fabrication, with a focus on improving yield, quality, and efficiency. The engineer will work closely with production, R&D, and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze refining process parameters to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process control strategies to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment malfunctions, implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct experiments and studies to optimize process recipes and material utilization.
- Collaborate with R&D to introduce new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and reports.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on refining processes.
- Participate in yield improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs.
