Process Engineer (Refining)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer specializing in refining operations to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving existing refining processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles applied to the refining sector, with a focus on driving operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate existing refining processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of yield, energy consumption, and environmental impact.
- Design, develop, and implement process modifications and upgrades to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for proposed process changes.
- Develop and maintain process simulation models to predict performance and optimize operating conditions.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on process performance and recommendations.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to achieve process objectives.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and best practices in refining and process engineering.
