Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in refining operations to join our team in Lucknow. This role is crucial for optimizing and ensuring the efficiency and safety of our refining processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and practical experience in a plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze refining process performance, identifying areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and energy consumption.
Develop and implement process modifications and control strategies to enhance operational stability and product quality.
Troubleshoot operational issues and conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure safe and compliant plant operations.
Participate in process hazard analysis (PHA) and safety reviews.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and process flow diagrams.
Support the commissioning and startup of new process units or modifications.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and company standards.
