Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our leather goods manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).
• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for process excellence across all manufacturing sites and relevant departments.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost savings, and efficiency gains in areas such as material utilization, production throughput, and quality control.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities within the organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements and ensure sustainable results.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment of process excellence initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
