Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our NBFC operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Six Sigma and Lean projects to optimize business processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement performance metrics to track the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on process improvement methodologies for various teams.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout process changes.
