Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager

Role Summary: The Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving quality within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate business units. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and their application in a complex project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Develop and deploy process improvement strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean Six Sigma methodologies for employees at various levels.
• Measure, monitor, and report on the progress and impact of process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and best practice sharing across different projects and business units.
• Utilize data analytics and statistical tools to identify root causes of process inefficiencies and develop sustainable solutions.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
