Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Six Sigma and Lean projects from initiation to completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies and methodologies.
- Train and mentor teams on Six Sigma and Lean principles and tools.
- Measure and report on the performance of improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
