We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our printing and publishing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, develop optimized processes, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance overall operational performance and product quality. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for enhancement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement within printing and publishing operations.

Utilize design thinking principles to brainstorm innovative solutions and improve user experience in process design.

Develop and implement process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure process performance and identify root causes of defects or inefficiencies.

Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

Train and mentor employees on process excellence tools and techniques.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.

Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
