Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification, analysis, and documentation of current business processes.
- Support the design and implementation of process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the development of process metrics and dashboards for monitoring performance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects.
- Support the creation of training materials and documentation for new processes.
- Gain exposure to Lean and Six Sigma principles and their application in the engineering and construction industry.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations.
