Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager - Events / Live Entertainment Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial for optimizing our event operations and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a passion for continuous improvement within the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze existing event workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Train and mentor team members on process excellence tools and techniques.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to drive project completion and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor the implementation of process changes and ensure sustained improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status, findings, and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in event management and process optimization.
