We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with a background in Design (M.Des) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of quality within our industrial equipment and machinery division. You will leverage your design thinking and process improvement methodologies to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Apply design thinking principles to analyze complex operational challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings within manufacturing and operational workflows.
• Develop and implement process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and report on project outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and achieve project goals.
• Train and mentor employees on Six Sigma tools, Lean principles, and process improvement techniques.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all process changes.
