Process / Operational Excellence Engineer (3-5 Yrs) in Hardware & Networking

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Process / Operational Excellence Engineer with 3-5 years of experience, holding an LLM degree, to join our Hardware & Networking division in Vadodara. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and implementing process improvements, driving efficiency, and ensuring high operational standards within our hardware and networking operations. This role requires a strong understanding of process methodologies, data analysis, and the ability to translate complex legal and operational requirements into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing hardware and networking processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, documenting changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to the hardware and networking industry.
- Utilize LLM (Large Language Model) expertise to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate insights for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and legal, to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Design and deliver training programs on new processes and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of implemented changes.
- Ensure that all operational processes adhere to industry standards, company policies, and legal/compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture within the organization.
