Process / Operational Excellence - Full-Time Role (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated Process / Operational Excellence professional to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing customer experience within India's leading multiplex chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks within various business processes.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define process flows, and drive change management initiatives.

Design and conduct training sessions for employees on new processes and best practices.

Monitor and report on the performance of implemented process changes, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.

Contribute to the development of operational dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support the development of a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
